23 minutes more sunlight for £23.45

Glasgow is only about 2º north of Sheffield, but today it enjoyed 23 more minutes of daylight. One extra minute of beautiful northern light for every pound it cost me to get up here. All I need now is a job to pay for those 23 minutes… answers on a postcard, please.
